Key Responsibilities:· Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve successful program outcomes
· Provide leadership and guidance to teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
· Coordinate program activities to increase effectiveness and efficiency
· Develop funding proposals and manage program budgets
· Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements
· Supervise and develop staff, providing feedback and guidance as needed
· Communicate with stakeholders, including funders and community partners

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:· Master's degree in one of the following fields: Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling required.
· OR Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, nursing, counseling or closely related human services field. If the degree is in a field other than human services, a bachelor's degree and four years of experience in mental health is required.
· Three (3) years of experience supervising clinical services preferred.

Additional Qualifications:· Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· CPR and First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications (certifications can be provided upon hire)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop written reports and present information with confidence
· Ability to exercise independent decision making and build relationships of trust with team members and stakeholders

Physical Requirements:· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.
· Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
