Pay

Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $49,500 - $66,800 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Responsible for conducting new hire orientations to include compliance, house rules, and service standards while ensuring a positive experience for new hiresWork with departmental leads to develop new hire departmental onboardingCoordinate new hire follow-ups at regular intervals to ensure smooth onboarding of new hiresCoach managers and team members as needed to address service standards based on survey resultsDevelop, implement, and track rewards and recognition programs to meet company standards and inspire team members and managers

More about youMinimum of 3 years of in-person training, working with large diverse groupsFamiliar with training software and able to consider the relative costs and benefits of training programsAble to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems, and be able to persuade others to change their minds or behaviorKnowledge of principals and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectsMust have the ability to disseminate reports, using analytics to recognize gaps in training and areas to emphasize
