**About the Team**
The Marketing and Communications team at Guardian is focused on driving engagement and experiences for Consumer and Prospects, strengthening Enterprise brand and reputation by activating our brand purpose, and accelerating business growth across all of Guardian by engaging customers on our digital platforms.
This role sits within the Individual Markets Marketing team focused on delivering best-in-class, customer-first marketing strategies to engage, accelerate, and deepen customer relationships that drive loyalty and persistence.
**About the Role**
The Marketing Manager on Individual Markets Marketing is a highly visible, cross-functional role. The successful candidate will be an experienced marketing professional who is passionate about enhancing customer experience and satisfaction, brings innovative and data-driven marketing to deepen engagement, enthusiastic about digital trends and technology, and leads with a collaborative spirit. **What You’ll Do**
+ Lead and shape a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive engagement and loyalty, service quality, and overall marketing effectiveness.
+ Manage the development of core marketing materials in partnership with creative teams, including digital content, email communications, promotional assets, and more; ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
+ Effectively partner and collaborate with Product and Program Management, Field Professionals/sales, Enterprise Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and more.
+ Leverage voice of the customer, competitor activities, and research to support a data-driven approach; proactive about marketing attribution.
+ Serve as an advocate for the customer, influencing across multiple levels and business units to ensure we are delivering a positive end-to-end customer experience.
+ Create clear work plans, prioritization and regular reporting on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve plan.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
+ Experience in developing marketing strategies for digital and traditional channels, with a focus on customer engagement and service marketing; experience in financial services or insurance industry a plus, but not required
+ Truly passionate about elevating the customer experience and has pulse on what will resonate
+ Proactive/self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and confidently adapt to changing priorities
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
+ Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to proactively problem-solve, drive prioritization, and develop clear plans
+ Highly organized and process oriented
+ Data-driven: effectively leverage data, translating into actionable plans, and demonstrating impact
+ You have a positive, can-do mindset, desire to have fun and create a strong team culture
**Locations:**
+ This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in our Hudson Yards NY Location
**Salary Range:**
$101,180.00 - $166,220.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
