Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Delivery Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS IoT Full Stack and AWS IoT. Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus. This role involves overseeing project delivery ensuring client satisfaction and driving impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of complex projects involving AWS IoT Full Stack solutions.Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.Provide technical guidance and support to the project team ensuring best practices are followed.Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders including clients team members and management.Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Utilize AWS IoT Full Stack expertise to develop and implement innovative solutions.Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to build their skills and capabilities.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in AWS IoT Full Stack and AWS IoT.Demonstrate strong project management skills with a focus on delivery excellence.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving.Display a deep understanding of industrial manufacturing processes (nice to have).
