The Workplace Tech Customer Experience Team leads the integration of employee technology across the enterprise to provide an exceptional technology experience at Ford Motor Company.  We listen to employees to understand their technology experiences, design value-based solutions that integrate technology services, and communicate and engage technology improvements across the company.  

In this position... 

We are seeking for a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated engagement designer to bring technology to life for Ford employees.  Your work will play a crucial role in enhancing employee awareness and enthusiasm for technology offerings by creating engaging and innovative experiences.  This position spans across the disciplines of communications, marketing, design, and event planning.  Bring your vision to life and create exceptional EPIC (easy, intuitive, personalized and contextual) employee experiences.

You'll have... 

Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience  3+ years prior experience with creating technology-centered user experiences Solid understanding of and prior work with UX/UI, HCD, and CX principles. Experience with collaboration technology such as MS Teams, Miro, M365 Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design software Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic go-getter who is able to bring others along on the journey when promoting Ford technology to employees Demonstrated ability to build a comprehensive engagement package to support key initiatives  Established portfolio of past work showcasing thoughtful and thorough engagement campaigns Strategic approach to engagement design, with strong focus on short and long term value to be gained. Ability to identify and implement KPIs measuring return on investment  Self-starter comfortable working in ambiguous environment with shifting priorities Experience with creating polished, graphically pleasing physical / digital artifacts  Highly motivated individual demonstrating leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Design & lead employee-centered engagement experiences focused on technology and hybrid working Craft end-to-end engagement journeys that optimize for tech awareness and adoption Create events, digital & physical resources to drive excitement around exceptional employee technology experiences. Leverage internal Voice of the Customer data and external market research to inform engagement design Collaborate with service teams to understand technology offerings and value to employee Grow and manage Tech Ambassador program, including creating monthly newsletters, driving engagement within Ambassador channels, hosting quarterly events and creating meaningful recognition offerings Launch focused champion programs to accelerate enthusiasm & adoption of new tech offerings
