Engagement Executive

What success looks like in this role:

-Serves as a senior Engagement Executive for multiple, complex deal pursuits and may serve as lead for large-scale, strategically important initiatives. -Acts as point of contact to client and/or third-party advisor management. -Provides consultative sales support by integrating and identifying compelling value propositions, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and service/technology benefits to prospective or client clients. -Constructs the value proposition, business case, negotiation, pricing, and terms/conditions for business pursuits and is the primary interface to the client. -Translates customer requirements into Unisys solutions and facilitates discussions regarding pursuit-related decisions and direction at the executive level. -Engages with client stakeholders, new or existing, to identify adoption, expansion and other opportunities for Unisys technologies, products and solution offerings. -Leverages industry, market and business experience to identify and scope high value opportunities. -Challenges pursuit teams / partners to think creatively and differently about market penetration, client engagement, alliance, channel and other strategies. -Provides client feedback and market knowledge to delivery teams to improve overall development and positioning of offerings within the portfolio. -Analyzes market data to identify trends and opportunities and creates compelling written proposals and oral presentations that showcase the benefits, outcomes and value associated with the Unisys solution. -Lead Negotiator for new and modified customer agreements, working with Legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with established policy and acceptable risk profile. -Gathers, analyzes, and documents feedback from the client on pursuit results to identify improvements for future programs and contribute to continuous improvement of the pursuit process.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Requires undergraduate degree in business, finance, or marketing with 10+ years of client-facing/sales experience with Technology and/or large managed services dealsDemonstrates leadership and experience in leading highly diversified teams in matrix environmentWinning attitude and driveAbility to comprehensively understand client business goals and strategic imperatives and translate into winning solutionsCapability and experience to direct the pursuit team in developing deliverables, to include appropriate messaging for proposals and other client required materials reflecting the client’s needs.Ability to actively manage relationships at all levels with prospective clients from the initial conversation through the close.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.Management and leadership experience.
