Fractal’s face on ground with complete accountability to manage client relationship from consulting (solutioning & presales) & delivery standpointRepresent Fractal at client meetings with a goal of increasing face time with key executives and decision makersLeverage & bring in right capabilities to deliver on client requirements.Delivery:
Lead projects independently. Execute end to end client engagements i.e. SOW development, defining business objectives, solution approach, scope, deliverables, client responsibilities, staffing roles & risk mitigationGovernance:
Ensure regular client updates & meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly), stakeholder management, any failure or risk analysis of the project, data sources, tracking execution & success metrics is done effectively & efficientlyDesign & evolve delivery processes within the team to drive high client satisfactionProactively identify potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvementAnalytics consulting (New Business):
Partner with sales team on new client hunting opportunities & provide high-end consulting/thought leadership to clients through face-to-face client meetings at the business heads level.Work with clients to understand key business challenges, formulate business problems & bring in right capability support deep dives.Requirements:
Proven experience (10+ years) as an Analytics Consultant, Analytics Manager, or a similar role, working with clients from diverse industries like Retail, Healthcare/ Pharma, BFSI, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization techniques.Demonstrated experience in client management, including building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Strong business acumen and ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into actionable insights.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
