Role Overview:

As an Account / Engagement Manager in FS at Fractal Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding our client relationships within the Financial Services sector. Your primary responsibility will be to drive significant growth in existing client accounts by managing the complete account lifecycle. This includes strategic account planning, relationship management, and leading the coordination with our solutions teams to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Position Expectations:
· Build, develop & maintain client relationships with key Banking and Financial Services clients
· Consult with new ideas in analytics solutions in predictive analytics, artificial intelligence & machine learning
· Lead multiple engagements, client meetings, facilitate delivery in Analytics projects
· Helping client organizations achieve better ROI, efficiencies by proposing methods and ideas or usage of Fractal IP and accelerators
· Lead and adhere to project management timelines and quality of delivery, forecast people requirement, other business needs & risk management

· Preparing and answering RFPs, RFIs and RFQs
· Manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline
· Lead onsite team of consultants for daily deliverables, meetings, issue resolution, brainstorming
· Delighting clients with customer experience & pleasant journey through the project

Qualification & Experience
· Minimum 10 years hands on experience in running data analytics projects, project management, client relationship management & people management within AI/Data Analytics services industry

· Hands on experience with SQL, Python, Tableau and other similar industry leading data and analytics resources
· Strong analytical/ logical thinking skills and clarity of thought
· Clear & articulate communication with senior executives
· Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action
· Exhibit a commitment to be a team player with a flexible “can do” attitude and strong interpersonal skills; be a Self-Starter; Very proactive; Takes accountability and ownership
· Possess cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities
· Minimum 5 years of experience working in BFS data and analytics consulting, understands data landscape and value creation through consulting services for BFS

· Have experience working with any of large BFS companies (top 4 US banks, top 2 payments networks, top 3 wealth mgmt firms etc)
· Dynamic personality, Ambitious, Agile

Education: Bachelors / Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics/ Statistics or equivalent

Good to have
· Embed Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning in all projects & proposals
· Cross-learn and collaborate to demo solutions to other clients
· Design mock-ups for the solutions – visualizations/solution approaches
· Share status updates every week in a standard format; Share minutes of meetings with clients & offshore team after every meeting
· Raise flags to clients in case of failure to meet dependencies

Pay:

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $120000 - $175000.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
