Engagement Manager I

Responsibilities 

Projecting a positive attitude and image to sales partners and potential customers. Understanding and presenting Shift4 Payments’ various product and service offerings to potential clients. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to hit personal and department goals. Organization and ability to complete and submit documentation, new paperwork, and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

1-3 years of sales and/or industry experience. Established record of continually meeting and exceeding goals and corporate standards. Established record of acting with professionalism and courtesy, especially when working with other teammates and departments. Ability to work in a group setting, contribute ideas for further growth and direction of department. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills, especially with email and tasks. Ability to work with and effectively use multiple company wide systems and departments with ease. Ability to effectively communicate with team members as well as other departments.
