Position Overview:

We are looking for an Engagement Manager (EM) to join our team in the CPG/Manufacturing Sector in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for analytical transformation; and for improving the analytical insights and technology used by business to achieve company goals. You will help our clients achieve their end vision of analytical transformation across various business areas.

Requirements:

Leadership position responsible for providing best in class analytics delivery services

SME Manufacturing

Experience in design and review of new solution concepts and leading the delivery of high-impact analytics solutions and programs for global clients.

Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as segmentation / clustering, recommendation engines, propensity models, and forecasting to drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle. 

Knowledge of areas like market size estimation, business growth strategy, impact of govt policies on product, strategic revenue management, marketing effectiveness

Project/program management skills with experience managing multiple work streams and projects at one time

Thought leadership & ability to structure & solve business problems, innovating, where required

Worked previously as senior project manager/program manager for medium to large-sized programs

Manages a group of senior project managers in a cross-tower deal while leading the overall program

Experienced in understanding business requirements of an organization and aligning delivery to meet the business standards

Focuses on key priorities such as capacity/demand management, scope management, key initiatives status etc.

In large sized programs, acts as the overall head of the delivery

Provides deep insights into account level policies, procedures, and protocols

Has managed at least 1 or 2 large programs and 3 or 4 large projects (>50 FTE)

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $132,000 - $182,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Benefits:

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
