Job Description Wipro FullStride (Cloud + Digital) collaborates with clients to deliver customer-centered digital transformation. Location Austin or Houston Position Description: Wipro FullStride is seeking a business leader that can lead new business and sales efforts in a multi-industry environment. Specific experience with c-level and senior-level business and technical executives is required. The best candidates for this role will: Ability to lead clients in defining their digital/cloud transformation journey, identifying opportunities for business, lead conversations and bring all the capability Wipro have to bear. Possess strong industry understanding and point of view on Technology industries. Have experience targeting specific account or set of accounts. Desirable work in projects with AWS and Microsoft accounts. Be able to work with internal Client Delivery Heads and Account Executives. Demonstrate experience in supporting service and product design initiatives which involve customer journeys that weave together the digital, cloud and traditional content, commerce, and community into a cohesive lifecycle experience. Knowledge in pricing (capex, opex, EBITDA, NPV, IRR, WACC, payback, etc.) and project financial analysis models. Experience in preparing and presenting to clients, focusing on both the value proposition of solutions and the technical and commercial defense of proposals. Lead the practice FullStride team, responsible for offering Digital and Cloud Services. Ensure the training and evolution of the FullStride practice knowledge. Manage the pipeline of opportunities being worked on, maximizing win-rate with quality deliveries that are aligned, technically and financially, with customer needs and expectations. Demonstrate experience at breaking down the functional boundaries between organizational silos to create a leaner, more agile organization. Experience in team leadership and managing cloud & digital projects. Knowledge of cloud platforms as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform. Understanding of cloud architecture, services and best practices. Experience in implementing and supporting scalable solutions, including application modernization solutions, cloud native development and cloud infrastructure. Knowledge of cloud security and regulatory compliance. Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field. More than 15 years in experience on IT and Cloud market.
