Engagement Officer for Retail Banking Segment

About the Role

The Engagement Officer (for Retail Banking Segment) is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing employee rewards programs that align with the strategic objectives of the Retail Banking Segment (RBS) and promote employee engagement and retention. A key responsibility of the role is to standardize the incentive and recognition programs across RBS to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational goals, and to implement and ensure aligned execution of engagement activities across different teams.

How you'll contribute

Conduct comprehensive assessments of current employee rewards/recognition and employee engagement programs of RBS Develop strategies and recommendations for enhancing existing programs or implementing new ones. Standardize incentive and recognition programs across RBS to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with organization goals. Collaborate with RBS management and HCM teams to align rewards program with company goals and culture. Design and deliver training sessions for the RBS management on effective use of rewards and incentives, including the newly developed programs. Share best-practices and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions on employee rewards and engagement.
