The Project Coordinator assists in the daily operation of the Engagement Team. They will manage tasks as well  all ongoing and future Engagement Team projects. They will work with other teams, team members, internal and external clients, and vendors. The coordinator administers calendars, meetings, and communications, creates reports and develops plans based on feedback provided by team members. The coordinator implements daily tasks to keep business operational. The administrator reports directly to the VP of Engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Coordinate and manage calendar, schedule meetings and training sessionsOrganize meeting logistics and prepare presentation materialsSupport questions and issues from leaders/team members related to team processesComplete expense reports and budgetsGathers, maintains and reports on team metricsInput data for VP of Engagement. Runs reports using various systems.Identify and promote team recognition and milestones.Maintain data and record source integrity by implementing and enforcing standard procedures and practices to ensure consistency and updated records and processes.Manage the relationship between vendors and UWM.Performs other related duties as assigned by the VP of Engagement WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

 

1-3 Years of Related ExperienceGreat written and verbal communication skillsConfident with MS Office productsAdvanced with Excel and Pivot tablesKnows how to process a Mail MergeGreat with time management and holding others accountableA positive, outlook and a friendly, upbeat attitude!Ability to be comfortable with change that happens quicklyA strong communication skillset in order to deliver great messagesRepresent the company goals, pillars, and team member attributes on a daily basisA time savvy attitude in regards to getting to work, setting meetings, taking notes and completing and assigning tasksAbility to help other team members with various projects and staying on task THE PLACE & THE PERKS
