Engagement Project Manager II

SUMMARY
Project Manager II is responsible for planning, executing and closing projects within specific constraints such as time, budget, scope and quality expectations to ensure that project goals are met successfully, and the project delivers the expected value within the constraints. This includes the agreed upon deployment schedule, as well as the status of the deliverables needed to deploy each product. The role will also streamline the deliverable collection process and provide a comprehensive update on what has been received and what is still outstanding. Project Manager II is also required to maintain strong working relations with all RealPage personnel.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee deployment/implementation of RealPage products for assigned clients Manage project management plans for Add-on and SMB customers Partner with RP implementation consultants and subject matter experts to provide a streamlined customer experience including support, and guidance for RP solutions Partner with clients to ensure migrations and technical implementations meet client expectations and all deliverables are provided Identify client goals and business needs and work to meet them throughout the implementation Establish familiarity with RealPage resources and training options to advise on change management and general implementation best-practices Serve as a client advocate in driving industry best practices and the evolution of the RealPage Platform functionality, courses, and administrative services integral to their success. Project planning: define objectives, create roadmaps and establish timelines.Secure resources, optimize workflows and manage budgets Team coordination - assemble the project team, streamline communication and resolve conflicts. Risk management - identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, implement contingencies, and resolve issues. Performance tracking - monitor progress, track relevant/defined KPIs, and report updates to stakeholders.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Graduate of a four-year course related to business or IT At least 4 years’ experience in progressively responsible positions or in a similar environment Strong project management skills required; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a minimum of one full year of relevant project management work experience (PMP preferred) Technical proficiency in the sense that the candidate understands the full implementation process, and knows methodologies for the team to navigate through complex situations Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills Able to adapt effectively to various audiences and stakeholders; it’s the ability to style step that makes a project manager an effective global communicator Credible and effective advisor/coach specifically around change management (cultural, business and technical) Proven project and time management skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Set priorities, develop an action plan, monitor progress towards goals and track details/data/information/activities as directed Leverage customer’s perspective to drive priorities and decisions that meet customers’ and own organization’s needs Detailed and process oriented; with ability to work on both strategic and tactical initiatives. Proven ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with multiple stakeholders across the organization at every level. Ability to adapt to change and work well in a dynamic environment Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office products Ability to allocate resources effectively, set realistic timelines, prioritize/de-prioritize Must be willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (On site, Home or Hybrid)#LI-MV1
