Key Responsibilities:

Support the Engagement Subito team with data extractions and analyses to gather insights on users’ behavior in particular related to retention and monitor trends to prevent churn

Support the team in creating and managing engagement marketing campaigns and automations (design, implementation and analysis of user journeys through marketing automation tools) with particular focus on loyalty and retention

Support in analyzing data and report on campaign results

Help the team preparing the required documentation to support weekly and monthly meetings

Key Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Digital/Computer engineering/management engineering

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to work in a team and in relationship management and proactivity in proposing new ideas

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel

Fluent English (written/read/spoken)

Bold, goal-oriented and ready to face challenging contexts

Plus: Basic knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms 

Plus: Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
