Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:
• Support learning and development efforts, assisting in various projects and assignments.
• Participate in learning projects and tasks, collaborating with team members.
• Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs and engagement initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet learning objectives and support project teams.
• Assist in the assessment of learning program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Monitor budget utilization and resource allocation.
• Offer guidance and support to junior team members.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in data analysis and report generation
• Proficiency in data manipulation and presentation
• Continuous learner who stays up to date with industry trends and technological developments
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant certifications in Human Resources or data analysis a plus
