Site Name: Mexico City Torre Mitikah Posted Date: Mar 6 2025 The Engagement Specialist is responsible for fulfilling the engagement process as part of the enterprise operational service hub model ensuring that GSK engages HCP/EEs and HCOs for cross border and within country activities (e.g. Congress Sponsorships, Sponsorship of Third Party Meetings, GSK Standalone Meetings, Speaker programmes, Advisory Boards and Consultancies) efficiently and in compliance to all relevant global and local legal and regulatory requirements for contracting, payment and financial disclosure. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following… Maintain core engagement processes for Health Care Organizations (HCO), Health Care Professionals (HCPs), and External Experts, aligned with the company’s Code of Practice and SOP 344448. Provide operational support for therapy-aligned HCO, HCP, and External Expert engagements, both local and cross-border, as needed. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and compliant booking of travel for HCPs and External Experts in line with company policy. Maintain documentation compliance and retention to required standards, while assisting in quality framework delivery (level 1) and supporting QA audits (levels 2-3). Contribute to continuous process improvements through regular process reviews and help design training programs/materials to support staff needs. Ensure timely payments to HCOs, adherence to payment processes, and compliance with internal and external quality, regulatory, and legal standards. Why you? Advanced English. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Pharma industry experience Knowledge of commercial, medical affairs, regulatory requirements Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to deliver a consistent approach.
