An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nottinghamshire Recovery Service, for the role of Engagement Worker.
You will be focused on helping people to achieve positive outcomes by supporting their personalised recovery journey, through thorough assessment and support planning. You will oversee their participation in group programmes, courses and recovery pathway, whilst continually managing risk and minimizing harm.
You will be open, compassionate, and driven to provide the very best care and support for everyone. You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with multiple teams internally and externally.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly across operational sites as required, to include Worksop, Mansfield and Hucknall and work flexibly within an agreed number of hours to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision. This may include some evening working.

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,275.53 - £27,449.53 dependent on experience (based on fulltime hours, pro rata for part-time hours)

To be successful you will need to have:
Experience in working with vulnerable people in a health/social care settingA commitment to multi-agency working and establishing partnerships with other professionals Accomplished written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of personal IT competency.The ability to accurately update and maintain records in a timely fashion and to work to deadlines for the submission of information, e.g. reports.Good time management skills, and an ability to work on own initiative, prioritising accordingly.Excellent team working and interpersonal skillsGood working knowledge of mental health interventions, services and good practice.An understanding of drug and alcohol issues and experience of working within a related field.What we will give to you:
