You will be responsible for manufacturing process and T&A, ensure the repeatability of the process, monitoring e control of hours, implement process improvements with focus on quality, HSE and productivity.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Develop and optimize productive processes meeting safety, quality and productivityLead Kaizen projects focused on 6S, HSE, Productivity and Cost ReductionCreate procedure and work instruction to standardizing productive processFactory support looking for improvement/process innovation opportunitiesMonitoring and control of process hours taking actions to not exceed itLead/participate in investigation (RCA, NCA e CIR) using quality tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, PDCA)Apply lean manufacturing in the work routineWork with engineers, planners, operators to drive and address actionsBe in contact with industry trend and market information to bring technology to manufacturing and T&A processStrong analytic and problem-solving skills as well as hands-on operationHave effective teamwork abilities with strong interpersonal skillsHave ability to think customer-first and effectively prioritize as requiredSupport Repair Engineering demand if required performing repair dispositionsFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Engineering Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (CREA).Experience in Production and Repair Development.Have effective teamwork abilities with strong interpersonal skillsHave ability to think customer-first and effectively prioritize as requiredDesired Characteristics
