About the Programme
Our graduate programme is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the energy supply landscape at ENGIE. Based in Leeds, you will be involved in activities related to Finance, Commercial, and Operations within B2B Supply. This includes analysing portfolio/customer impacts, credit risk analysis, transaction support, customer-facing support, ancillary services operations, profitability analysis, demand forecasting, market insight, and product support
Key Responsibilities
Analyse portfolio and customer impacts to support business decisions. Conduct credit risk analysis and provide transaction support. Perform profitability analysis and demand forecasting. Provide market insight and product support. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills
Practical application of analytical techniques and proven ability to undertake analysis of complex problems. Ability to work with models, make and test hypotheses, and turn data into insightful information. Proven ability to present information effectively at all levels. Proven ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines, be organised, methodical, and receptive to change. Excellent process delivery/improvement skills. Excellent communicator with the ability to report complex financial analysis to a wide-ranging audience. Approachable with the ability to provide excellent customer service. Strong computer literacy with Excel and Microsoft Office at expert user level. Teamwork and independent working skills to suit a variety of different situations.Desired Skills
IT/Microsoft skills. Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). Understanding of and preferably experience in data analysis and programming tools (e.g., VBA, Python, Matlab, C, Java).
Qualifications
Essential: Working towards or recently obtained a minimum 2:1 degree in a highly numerical or analytical subject such as Applied Economics, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, etc.), Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or similar.
