ENGIE UK is delighted to announce our 2025 Graduate Programme for Renewable Gases, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various disciplines within the renewable gases sector while contributing to our mission of leading the transition to renewable energy.
About the Programme
Our graduate programme is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the renewable gases landscape at ENGIE. Based initially at the Gorst Energy Anaerobic Digestion facility, you will support the operations team with projects focused on key improvements at this plant. Projects and placements in the second and third year will depend on expansion plans and could include working with the operations team on carbon capture opportunities, biological advances, the introduction of new technologies, and expansions at three other South West-based existing plants. There may also be opportunities to work with the development team within operations on newly acquired plants
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with engineers and operators on plants, learning and supporting operational and maintenance activities. Assist with compiling, managing, and following COSHH & risk assessments, standard operating procedures, key policies, and procedures. Work alongside the Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager to gain a full working knowledge and ability to run the technical equipment on the Anaerobic Digestion facility

Qualifications:
Essential: A 2:2 or above (or equivalent) related degree (e.g., Chemical Engineering). Essential: Full UK driving licence
