**DESCRIPTION**
We are looking for a talented **Job Title** to join our team specializing in **Services, Maintenance and Diagnostics** for our **Jwaneng Mining Site** in **Jwaneng, Botswana.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Compliance and Safety: Adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, using appropriate personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
+ Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer interactions professionally, including receiving parts calls, assisting walk-in customers, and processing transactions accurately.
+ Technical Proficiency: Competence in using various systems, catalogs, and tools to identify and procure parts efficiently, as well as diagnosing and repairing engine systems.
+ Problem-Solving Abilities: Skill in troubleshooting issues, interpreting system interactions, and performing repairs and maintenance to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education/ Experience**
+ Apprentice Certified Power Generation or Engine Technician (Preferred)
+ Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
+ Current relevant electrical certification (optional)
+ Locally valid driving permit
+ Basic level field service work experience
+ High Voltage/ Low Voltage experience (optional)
+ Customer service experience
