Responsibilities:

Capacity Modelling: Develop, maintain and refine capacity models to project equipment needs to enable the successful ramp of the new assembly and test site in IndiaEquipment purchasing: Work with procurement teams to identify, evaluate and purchase vital equipment that will support capacity ramps requirements and continuous improvement initiativesData analysis: Apply data-driven methodologies to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and areas of improvement within the assembly and test processes.Network optimization: Analyse and optimize capacity across all global Micron assembly and test sites, ensuring the most efficient and effective utilization of resources with the lowest cost through methodology like asset transfer managementPartnership: Collaborating closely with multi-functional teams, including production, finance, procurement and engineering teams to align on capacity goals, equipment needs and budgetary constraints to reduce costContinuous improvement: Implement and promote lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive efficiency improvements and waste reductionForecasting: Collaborate with business and operation teams to understand demand forecasts and translate them into capacity needsReporting: Regularly report on capacity status, and project progress to senior management and raise any help needed.

Qualification

Education qualification: Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Industrial engineering or related field from a reputed institution (Engineering, Data science).Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyse sophisticated data sets, identify patterns and make data-driven decisionsTechnical Knowledge: Understanding of tools for workload management, data analysis, and simulationCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English) to collaborate efficiently with multi-functional leams and present findings.Problem-solving:  Proactive approach in identifying problem and crating effective solutionsTeammate: Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and drive collaborative efforts to achieve goalsDetail and Aptitude: Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work, agile to respond to multifaceted environment.welcome to apply)
