Job Summary:

 

The Clinical Field Engineer Hospital and Home Automation is an expert in Healthcare Information Technology and Healthcare informatics. He will be seen as an authority on the technical and clinical impact of various patient monitoring solutions and will position Masimo as the new standard for Hospital and Home Automation. He reports to the Region Manager Nordics & Benelux.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

Work closely with:

 

 Sales team to develop the business revenues:

Develop the funnel of opportunities and the revenues related to Hospital Automation and Homecare Automation portfolio Support to Sales team to develop Lead generation, to qualify opportunities, to quote customer proposals (Equipment & Services), to answer tenders, to close deals Product demonstration and presentation for various attendance (Nurses, Doctors, IT, Biomedical engineers and Management teams) Project manager in connectivity projects in the Acute Care and Alternate Care sector

 

Delivery and Service teams to insure Customer Satisfaction:

Support Technical teams to implement and maintain our solutions Be the customer advocate for all matters involving Automation Solutions; serve as a bridge between the needs of customers and our specialty teams globally (clinical, marketing and engineering) Central teams to implement the company strategy & collect regional information: Competition & Market analysis Product suggestions, improvements and enhancements Participates to local Sales/Marketing events (Symposia, tradeshows…) Train Sales & Clinical Systems teams

 

3rd party to enable new projects such as:

Medical device companies HIS / EMR companies

 

 

Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience: 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Experiences in Informatics (Infrastructure, Network, Database, Cloud Computing) and/or Hospital Information Technology Experiences in Sales / Pre-sales activities Knowledge of Interoperability standards (IHE, HL-7, etc.) Good understanding of Hospital workflows, Intensive care, PeriOperative care and Healthcare ecosystem Fluent English.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Other European language is a plus

 

 

Education:

 

Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of education in healthcare sciences (IS-IT / Biomedical Engineering)
