CommScope is looking to add an **Engineer Continuous Improvement** to join our Manufacturing Operations Team in Cd. Delicias, Chihuahua.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Promotes the Culture of Continuous Improvement in the different departments of CommScope.
+ Supports the execution and implementation of continuous process improvement projects.
+ Facilitator for the teams during the development of kaizen events, giving support in the evaluation and implementation of best practices.
+ Duties & Responsibilities
+ Supports and promotes the execution and implementation of continuous process improvement projects.
+ Coordinates and supports personnel of the plant in the development of projects using the methodologies of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
+ Serves as a facilitator for the teams during the development of kaizen events, giving support in the evaluation, implementation of best practices.
+ Document the execution of projects on a monthly basis, to monitor compliance with the goal.
+ Manages the Punta Estrella program and provides the scores obtained by Production Supervisor, for quarterly bonus allocation.
+ Manages the Lean LPA tool to prevent deterioration of the systems implemented in the production lines.
+ This position / function must be responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health and Environment administration system, its Policy, the applicable standards and procedures.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration:**
+ Professional Engineering Studies
+ Required experience of at least 1 year in a similar position
+ Skill in handling computer packages
+ English required.
+ Ability to work in a team and leadership.
+ Attitude with service focus, organized, analytical end proactive.
+ Solid project management skills
