Role: ENGINEER, ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE

Job Summary: The Electrical Building Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation 
electrical systems within BPO facilities. This role ensures that all electrical systems are functioning effi
and safely, in compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance and emergency repairs on electrical systems, including
lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
System Monitoring: Monitor the performance of electrical systems to ensure optimal operation and energy
efficiency.

Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Represent the Facilities department during audits, ensuring all documentation and systems are up to standard.
Monitor, collate, and analyze data and reports to recommend best practices for electrical systems and overall
facility management.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, facility managers, and contractors to coordinate electrical
work and integrate systems into overall building operations.
Safety: Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent electrical hazards.
Upgrades: Recommend and implement upgrades to electrical systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
Design and Planning: Create electrical plans and specifications for new installations or upgrades.
Installation and Maintenance: Supervise the installation of electrical systems and perform regular maintenance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all electrical work adheres to safety standards and regulations.
Audits and Inspections: Represent the company during audits and inspections, providing necessary
documentation and reports.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the BPO industry.
Licenses: Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) in the Philippines.
Skills: Proficiency in electrical system design, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Strong understanding of
building codes and safety regulations.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting heavy loads, and
working in confined spaces.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
