Engineer, Footwear Product Development

**Principal Accountabilities:**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consumer research, R&D, and engineering.
+ Compile and evaluate research on future product requirements.
+ Identify enhancements to current products.
+ Assist the product development team in testing strategies, including pricing, product design, marketing, advertising, and packaging.
**Knowledge & Skill Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent years of experience in a similar industry).
+ One year of related experience preferred.
+ Strong written and oral communication skills.
+ Proficient PC skills.
**Knowledge & Application:**
+ Good knowledge of a single specialist area through prior study or experience.
+ Applies principles and practices in a recognized professional field.
+ Follows standardized rules, procedures, and operations within own area.
+ Determines a course of action based on guidelines.
**Problem Solving:**
+ Encounters similar problems requiring fact-finding, clarification, and basic analysis.
