Role and Responsibilities include but not limit to below :

Manage subcon NPI KPI – NPI Builds On Time Start hit rate, OTD delivery attainment rate, NPI Cycle Time Improvement and aged Inventory management.Monitor and track progress of NPI lots incoming to subcon, and review factors which affect NPI schedulesCommunicate NPI priority call out build schedules to the related NPI stakeholders while there is capacity/resource constraintWeekly Review NPI FCST, NPI Build Plan, MAD Backlog and subcon commit statusIdentify and initiate corrective actions to recurring root causes that cause missed schedulesFind creative ways to resolve problems and do labor productivity project to enhance NPI Business Process
