Duties and Responsibilities

Work together with R&D team, support product development, transfer to production and continuous improvement on responsible areas.Develop assembly and manufacturing procedures for complex laser alignmentResponsible for hands-on manufacturing improvement and troubleshooting of Ultrafast Laser productsResponsible for writing assembly procedures, test procedures and edit or update work instructionsProvide training to production personnelProvide sustaining engineering support to production to improve product cost, first pass yield and cycle timePerform failure analysis and implement corrective actions (A3, 8D, FMEA)Make data-driven decisions
