**Job Description :** **Requirements :** + **2 years to 4 years of experience on Application support** + **Good knowledge and hands on experience on Linux, shell scripting.** + **Hands on experience on Tomcat, JBoss Configurations & Troubleshooting** + **Basic understanding of troubleshooting on windows and Linux Platforms.** + **Zabbix or any relevant experience on any of the Application/server monitoring tools.** + **Basic understanding of Networking, TCP/IP Protocols** + **Remedy-On-Demand, ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tool.** + **Good Knowledge on Application management/support.** + **Willing to work on 24*7 rotational shifts.** + **Strong Team Player, excellent communication skills, self motivated, flexible.** + **ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred.** + **Knowledge on AWS fundamentals is an added advantage.** + **Basic knowledge on Python, PHP and any databases(SQL/NoSQL)** + **Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt latest softwares in the project procured.** **Good to have skills:** + **Exposure towards working with Publishing Systems applications - Implementation, crossover integration** This job is posted with NTS Technology Services Pvt.
