We are looking for a motivated team member in the Quality Department for our business unit Yanfeng Automotive Interiors.

Job Summary:

Implement World Class Quality Systems Continue improvement MEQ Quality Deliverables for the assigned manufacturing plants (JIT, OHS, IP-DP, Seat Components) Responsible to ensure that continuous improvement is made in all Production MEQ Quality Deliverables (e.g.: RPPM, CPPM, IPPM, SPPM,Quality Costs, Customer Product Audits and Warranty / JD Power) Ensure that customer andinternally identified quality issues are resolved using the company problem solving methods (8D Report, Problem Solving Document “PSD”, PCAD, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.) Prepare necessary corrective / preventive actions, follow up, verification and release of corrective actions Assure that all Quality activities are performed according BOS-, TS 16 949-, ISO 9000, IATF standards and specific customer requirements Represent plant in Program SDT Team, assures execution of plant related PRP tasks Manage execution of Customer Part Submission, assures customer acceptation Maintain and controls Customer Part Submission documentation Maintain customer approved Customer Part Submission Samples Complies with the health and environmentalprotection requirements set out in the work instructions or communicated at the training Provides cleaning and basic daily maintenance of the workspace Reports all accidents, occupational diseases and injuries Implements, executes and maintains the prescribed proceduresof the internal quality system in relation to the function it performs Responsible for all activities envisaged by the last valid revision of the HSE Responsibility Matrix Performs other business tasks required by superiors

Requirements:

A Bachelor´s degree of Mechanical qualification (or equivalent experience) Specific education and training in Quality disciplines including as a minimum, IATF, QS9000, Continuous Improvement, Total Quality Management, PPAP, FMEA, Control plans, DOE and SPC  Minimum 2 years in Quality area
