About the Role 

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in embedded systems. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in embedded Linux system development and be familiar with basic hardware knowledge and excellent skills and rich experience in troubleshooting and task development.

What You Will Do

Works with software technical leader on the software design, system, evaluate and propose solutions.Work closely with peers of software and other functions, in the software engineering domain to ensure the project goals in terms of time, quality and cost.Implement the software work products functions as per functions requirements/specifications and software design; Verify the implementation and design to ensure the highest software quality is achieved.Proactively work with peers or vendors on the problem solvingCollaboration, Judgement and Results Driven are most critical to this role to achieve the business targets.

What You Need

Bachelor or above in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science or relevant disciplines.5+ years hands-on experience in software development of embedded Linux system, proficient with programming C/C++; proven working experience and capability in software top-level design based on emended Linux system.Hans-on experience in development of Linux driver/middleware/application, practical experience on system issues such as crash, dead lock and performance optimization.Familiar with Linux kernel and ALSA.Comfortable with fast-paced and multitasking environment.

What is Nice to Have

Familiar with media or audio domain, developing on audio product or mobile audio subsystem is prefer.

Basic hardware knowledge, familiar with general hardware interfaces, be able to understand schematics and debug basic hardware issues with tools like oscilloscope.
