Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Applying contemporary software solutions and techniques to implement changes and improvements to manufacturing automation and data systems, Developing professional skills and knowledge in areas adjacent to software and automation to ensure projects and solutions meet the needs of the manufacturing floor, Providing analysis of possible paths to a solution and advising on the best approaches, Exercising sound technical judgement, Presenting and discussing results with colleagues, and Fostering productive professional relationships.Education & Experience
Applicants must be undergraduate seniors who are scheduled to graduate by December 2024 or May 2025.Skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and cooperatively with others. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and organizational skills Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Experience with modern programming languages such as Python, C#, .NET, LabView, Unity, Experience with SQL or similar databases a plus Experience with programmable controller configuration a plusWorking Conditions
Work environment can range from office to lab to manufacturing floor. Work involving small to large equipment.Physical Requirements
Able to perform physical tasks in various positions: standing, crouching, kneeling, reaching Requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Perform occasional lab or bench—level test work as neededSafety Requirements
