Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Engineer I, Technical Services, You Will:
Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.Assist in controller/device selection and cross-referencing based on technical data.Document all interactions in a case management system for reporting.Program and integrate Copeland and third-party controllers using ModBUS or BACnet.Conduct remote commissioning to ensure systems are operational before contractor sign-off.Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance for temperature monitoring products in foodservice applications.Job RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electronics & Communications, or Electrical Engineering.3-5 years hands-on experience in the field of HVACR, including controls and instrumentation.Experience in Refrigeration Rack Systems and Supermarket Refrigeration systems.Knowledge in using CAD applications (AutoCAD, Solidworks).Knowledge on system integration and communication protocols such as ModBUS and BACnet.Knowledge on troubleshooting network and application programming interface (API).Basic understanding of Electrical circuits and the ability to interpret Circuit diagrams.Our Commitment to Our People
