Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is looking for an Engineer 3 who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. The Engineer 3 is responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs to the facility and related equipment.
Responsibilities
Handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs.
Handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building.
Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.
Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures, etc.
Clean all stations in Engineering, grease traps, plumbing stoppages and maintain an organized department and hotel.
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
Support the installation or relocation of any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary.
Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel.
Support the installation of electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and of electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
6 months to 1 year of experience in a related position
High school education or equivalent
Working technical knowledge of general building maintenance. Ability to communicate, learn, and coven one's own comfort and skill level.
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities, and be willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote teamwork. This will include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
