**Your Mission:**
As our Maintenance Technician, you'll be essential in keeping our hotel running smoothly.
**Here’s what you’ll get to do:**
- Preventative Maintenance Hero: Take charge of scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring everything is in top shape for our guests.
- Guest Satisfaction Specialist: Address work orders from guests and team members, keeping a detailed log of your accomplishments and ensuring everyone is happy.
- Electrical Systems Expert: Check and maintain our electrical systems, from air conditioning to lighting, making minor repairs as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
- Repair Virtuoso: Handle routine repairs on a variety of equipment—think kitchen appliances, laundry machines, and plumbing systems—ensuring our hotel is always operating at its best.
- Pool Care Specialist: Keep our pool sparkling clean and perfectly balanced with chemicals, providing a safe and inviting environment for our guests.
- Furniture Refurbisher: Give our furniture and fixtures a fresh look through painting, finishing, and refurbishing, enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Grounds Maintenance Guru: Operate power equipment and tools to maintain our beautiful grounds throughout all seasons, ensuring our outdoor spaces are welcoming.
- Trash-Free Advocate: Keep our hotel grounds spotless by regularly removing trash and maintaining a clean environment for everyone.
- Friendly Service Provider: Deliver prompt and friendly service to guests and associates, embodying our Core Values every day.
- Safety First: Follow all safety and security protocols, reporting any incidents or unsafe conditions to management to ensure a secure environment for everyone.

**What We’re Looking For:**
- At least 6 months of maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is essential.
- HVAC, Electrical, and/or Plumbing Certification is a plus!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
