About the Team:

 A new cross-functional team based out of Kuala Lumpur will revolutionize how we manage workflows. Your team will be responsible for helping us move from a workflow engine that is primarily focused on linear execution, to one that introduces non-linear execution capabilities. The team will be designing a brand-new UI for the enhanced workflow. 

About the role:

As a front-end engineer, you’ll focus on developing, optimizing, and maintaining the client-side functionality of our web applications. You’ll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create exceptional, user-focused workflows. This team will be at the forefront of transforming our workflow engine from linear to non-linear execution, designing a cutting-edge UI that redefines how workflows are managed.  

Your contribution will be: 

Build Stunning Interfaces: Develop and maintain highly responsive, visually engaging, and user-friendly web applications that delight users. Master React Development: Write clean, modular, and scalable code using ReactJS, while occasionally working with other modern JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate with Design Teams: Partner closely with designers to transform UI/UX wireframes into seamless, interactive web applications. Ensure Code Quality: Write robust unit and integration tests to deliver high-quality, reliable code. Optimize Performance: Troubleshoot and debug web applications, continually enhancing functionality and performance. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team. Uphold Excellence: Participate in code reviews, contributing to a culture of high-quality engineering and continuous improvement.

To be successful, we think you need: 

Expertise in Modern Frameworks: 4+ years experience with front-end frameworks like ReactJS (preferred). Code Quality Advocate: Skilled in writing unit and integration tests to ensure reliable, high-quality code. Problem-Solver: Adept at troubleshooting and debugging to optimize functionality and performance. Tech Enthusiast: Passionate about staying current with the latest front-end trends, tools, and technologies. Collaborative Contributor: Participates in code reviews to uphold high standards of code quality and team excellence. Design-Savvy: Solid understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility to deliver seamless user experiences. API Experience: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data fetching for robust application development. Build & Automation Knowledge: Experience with build tools and task runners like Webpack or Gulp.
