Engineer Job ID 201664 Posted 14-Jan-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Hong Kong - Hong Kong **Job Responsibilities** + Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety. + Repair and maintain Lift, drainage, landscape and building works & service systems including electrical, fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by Oversees and inspects the work performed by direct technical staffs or outside contractors. + Performs and completes repairing and maintenance work with maintenance records. + Communicates with respective offer from Client for the daily operation and arrange ad hoc or emergency maintenance work. + Supervise, supports on site work or troubleshooting especially system faulty cases including electrical, fire services, HVAC and Plumbing drainage system. + Prepare and draft quotation and tender document including work method statement, work procedure, safety document and budget etc. + Prepare purchasing requisition and order form by obtaining quotation from vendor, contractor and supplier. + Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
