Job Summary
Site general maintenance engineer.To ensure compliance with Health & Safety and other statutory requirements laid down in the SHEQ master system.
To carry out routine planned and breakdown maintenance of the mechanical and electrical installation, ranging from daily checks and inspections to major repairs, reconditioning and overhaul of the production plant machinery and other process support and storage equipment.
Provide engineering cover and call-out to meet both scheduled and unscheduled production requirements.
Assist in the planning and overseeing of contractors work.
In addition to the above be prepared to take on certain administrative roles as required by the Operations Manager.
