- Design and optimize production processes for wiring harness assembly.

- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.

- Develop work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Conduct time studies and implement lean manufacturing techniques.

- Assist in quality assurance activities, including root cause analysis.

- Support new product development and introduction (NPD/NPI) projects.
