Job Responsibilities :

1. Support for A6 and C6 during installation and fault repair.
2. Support to field team for A6 and C6 for LOS clearance.
3. Work with internal teams to identify and fix the issue.
4. Support A6 and C6 configuration, software and MMP updates

Education Requirement :

B.E. /B. tech

Experience Requirement :

2 to 6 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Previous experience in technical support.
2. Deep knowledge of WiFi, PTP, PTMP and routing technologies
3. Deep understanding of BNG, DNS, DHCP.
4. Experience with LAN, WAN, routing, TCP/IP protocols.
5. Problem-solving skills
