Product Engineer Team Lead

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the strategic technology direction by contributing your own ideas for identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative technology, software and solutions. Each day, you will assist the Research and Development (R&D) team by executing your assigned tasks and using technical knowledge in a structured way. You will also showcase your expertise by staying abreast of the state of the art and actively applying this knowledge.•\tAssist engineers to realize new product industrialization &existing product localization•\tAssist engineers to make continuous improvement of product for cost and performance•\tAssist engineers to deal with engineering sample delivery, recycling, ledger verification and other related engineering sample management.•\tResponsible for PE-related business process data analysis and efficiency optimization and improvement•\tResponsible for PE-related drawing and documentation management.•\tResponsible for the follow-up and handling of PE-related administrative office affairs.

Qualifications for the role

\tOn time and quality to assist engineers to complete the leading project or related tasks during project.\tAssist engineers to ensure smooth production and high production output, no production stop caused by technical problem.\tExcellent multi-teams and multi-department cooperation skills \tAssist engineers to complete the industrialization of product technical requirements\tAssist engineers to complete product direct cost management, continuously cost reduction for product manufacturing. \tEfficiently and accurately provide data analysis reports on PE-related business processes
