Management of land/site development projects, including technical design, quality control, and project managementBusiness development activities and assignments concentrated in a specific target areaProject client interfaceAuthorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) interfaceFinancial management of projectsWorking with the team to set goals to meet business objectivesComplete Civil design drawings using AudoCAD Civil 3D softwareTravel to job sitesField investigations and documentation under general supervision of Project ManagerConstruction related services including meeting attendance, shop drawings reviews, responses to RFI, scheduling and coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), scheduling and coordination with job site contractorsArkansas (ADH, ADEQ, ArDOT) design code experience requiredNorthwest Arkansas (Bentonville and Fayetteville) design code experience required Qualifications PE in Arkansas, or ability to obtain license within 12 months of hire dateBS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus)3+ years of relevant project experience (5-8 years of experience strongly preferred) Experience managing civil/site development projectsExperience leading the civil design efforts for public works or site development projectsSound technical design backgroundExcellent communication, verbal and written, and organizational skillsThorough knowledge and understanding of local and U.S. design codes and standardsRelated local experience preferred
