Job Description SummaryWill be responsible for site civil work execution both for AIS and GIS project with safety, quality, in time bound manner within the civil construction budget and to the customer satisfaction through management of civil constriction related activities and resources. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of civil construction activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.

Roles and Responsibilities

Turnkey Self-Implement (TKSI), Turnkey with Partner (TKP) – Medium to Large multi-year or EPC project’s civil structural execution work at site. Responsible for overseeing the civil structural construction activities at site.Ensuring that all site civil work activities are carried out at site in a safe and healthy manner, in compliance with relevant safety guidelines, regulations and company standards.In-depth understanding of site work quality requirements and conducting regular site inspections to ensure work execution is following quality standards, project specifications and Field Quality plan. Maintains all quality records through out the site duration.Ensure Site work planning by Reviewing project drawings, specifications and project schedule.Supervise and coordinate site civil structural work activities, including earthworks, concrete pours and pre-engineered building work.

Required Qualifications

This role requires experience in the civil structural work execution at site in Turnkey Project. Should have bachelor’s degree or Diploma in civil engineering from reputed College/University with good educational background.Should have 8-10 Years for Degree Holder and 14-16 years Diploma holder of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

Established project management skills.Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. Should be able to Identify and resolving technical issues, conflicts, or discrepancies that may arise during construction.Working closely with other project stakeholders, including engineering department, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and issue resolutionPreparing and submitting regular weekly progress reports, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.Preparation of joint measurement sheet duly certified by client for further processing of invoice from Head office.Support head office in amendments proposal Preparation and estimate the quantity variationsEnsure Certification of our work measurements with customer for invoicing and contractors bills certification along with legal documents (Labor act & rules) and other supporting documents including reconciliation of materials.Should be able to coordinate effectively with all site stakeholders such as subcontractor’s staff, workmen and customer
