Uses structured query  languages/Command on Unix/Commands on Windows  and assists in customizing proprietary databases for housing of data and employees use to enter data and make on going changes.
 
Assists in creating client reporting templates and customizing proprietary databases to allow for data reporting by agreed upon users.
 
Supports dev and qa databases to ensure DBA Team will meet agreed SLA. Under supervision able to support Production system to maintain stability .
 
Communicates with colleagues to gain understanding of services to be provided and reporting needs. 
Picks all L1 and L2 tasks without repetitive follow-up.
