2-Year Development Program Structure:
First year:
Rotational training: You are placed at one of our 11 US Manufacturing Plants and will receive hands-on manufacturing training through the entire fiber-cement manufacturing process in addition to development of key professional skills
Projects: select and complete strategic projects using the skills acquired during your first year
Second year:
After successful completion of your first year, you will be assigned to a specific role across one of our 11 U.S. plants (Waxahachie, TX; Cleburne, TX; Fontana; CA, Reno; NV, Tacoma; WA (2), Peru; IL, Pulaski; VA, Prattville, AL; Plant City, FL; Westfield, MA) or at our corporate office (Chicago, IL)

From day one, we pair you with an engineering mentor who will support and challenge you throughout the program utilizing frequent check-ins
You will attend quarterly training weeks with your fellow program peers, mentors and key program leaders at our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL and across multiple manufacturing facilities
You will receive hands-on job shadow training from the individuals who make our product day in and day out
You will lead key projects that have a direct impact on the success of the manufacturing plants

Education/Expectations Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Paper Science, Polymer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering
Able to relocate to one of our 11 U.S. Manufacturing plants
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Demonstrated work ethic through past co-op or internship, preferred
