**Job Summary:**
Product Owner (PO) within the Product Lifecycle Management Division with responsibility for portions of the Security Program.
A Product Owner, as the name suggests, owns a product being delivered or released to our PLM customers. In this case the product is a solution functionality that delivers business value, fulfills a stakeholder need, and brings clarity and efficiency within the Security Program of the PLM division.
Serving as the “voice of the customer" for the team, the PO has several key responsibilities and relationships. The PO must build and manage the relationships and synthesize information from multiple sources, maintain business alignment, communicate with various audiences – all with a bias toward delivering and learning quickly.
The Product Owner is primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the development teams by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with the customer and stakeholder needs.
Product Owners are an extension of the Product Management function. The PO is the team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to the business and technology strategy. This enables the team to continuously evolve a solution while balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
As a PO you will ensure that engineering data within Teamcenter remains in compliance with defined Government Regulations by working closely with Export Compliance Managers, evaluating / tracking classification reports, and identifying classification issues. Will work closely with Program Manager (PM) to identify and document required enhancements needed for the Government Classification Process or customer access updates related to regulation/regulatory changes.
**What You Will Do:**
• Coordinates with product development staff and engineering customers to track and communicate design, development, support, and issue resolutions within Teamcenter Security processes and Tools.
• Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems and bugs. Gathers and consolidates feedback from engineering customers.
• Answers customer questions; provides guidance and support for product integration and open issues.
• Participating in the adoption of new technologies and processes to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Planning and improving engineering procedures and operations to make the product or process more reliable, efficient and cost-effective.
• Collaborating with all functional areas, (marketing, purchasing, manufacturing) to provide a design solution that meets the requirements of the customer and dealer network.
• Provides day-to-day support to engineering customers in relation to Teamcenter Security product implementation, customization, questions, and problems,

• Troubleshoots typical technical problems in a specific area.
• Works with vendor-specific diagnostic guides, tools and utilities to discover application problems.
• Adheres to standard troubleshooting procedures to ensure effectiveness of resolutions.
• Participates in setting evaluation standards and criterion for troubleshooting.
**Additional Information**
The location for this position is Mossville, IL.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
This position will require less than 10% travel.

**Summary Pay Range:**
$95,640.00 - $143,520.00
