JR48672 ENGINEER - FAC OPERATION

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Lead and drive improvement to all existing and future FAB 10 Facilities Operations program that involves coordination with all Facilities system owners from 3 different sites in FAB 10.Lead and drive Post Incident Review (PIR) business process that aims to prevent any Facilities supply interruption.Lead and drive Site Incident Prevention Plan (SIPP) that aims to ensure smooth planning and execution of all Facilities critical work.Lead and drive labor productivity improvement projects within Fab 10 Facilities Operations to improve efficiency of daily operations either through business process improvement or automation.Represent Fab 10 Facilities as Area Quality Coordinator (AQC) and lead all programs associated to Quality Improvement, including but not limited to: problem solving, quality champion, and human deviation reduction.Represent Fab 10 in Global Facilities AQC and Operational forum to manage, lead, and facilitate all Global Facilities operations and quality program.Learn and drive improvement to Facilities daily operations, including but not limited to:Monitor and manage facilities equipment's and system through FMCS or equivalent like Life safety system.Respond swiftly to out-of-specification or abnormal condition affecting production or the site in general.Escalate in a timely manner to out-of-specification or abnormal condition to relevant parties.Restore facilities services in a timely manner to minimize interruption to production or the site Response to facilities service request.Support all participation required by Facilities Operations team for Quality and Safety Audit preparation and executionSupport and implement operating procedures and risk assessments for all facilities system and facilities related work activities.Follow up on incident or service interruption with system owners.Co-ordinates and interface with internal and external parties for facilities operation related activities Support for the shift operations ERT (Emergency Response Team).Support Facilities Operation meeting with Facilities Operations Manager.Coordinate, manage, and drive improvement to work permit system.Act as back up for Site Operations Manager functional scope if required.Prepare and consolidate operation reports.

Requirements:  

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.Experience with Facilities systems in semiconductor is preferred.Experience and familiarity with automation software such as: Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Phyton, SharePoint, Power BI, SQL.Fluent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, databaseAbility to handle multiple tasks concurrently, prioritize and schedule workloadExcellent communication skillsTeam player who enjoys working in a cross-functional environment and the ability to develop long term partnership across teams.Positive, energetic, and dare to innovate with the drive to actualize concept into plan.Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking.Result oriented with the ability to work independently to support Best-in-Class goals.
