Engineer Failure Analysis **Failure Analysis Engineer** **Santa Rosa Laguna/ Rosario Cavite** **Responsibilities:** 1. Supervise FA TS. Creating and managing team schedules, workflow or team, When a new employee joins the team, should help them understand their role and support them during their transition. Monitor team individual performance. 2. WIP Report. The work-in-progress schedule (or WIP report) essentially shows the overall quantity of site everyday WIP contributor. Perform factory analysis addressing various yield and quality issue on all models. Maintian and improve WIP based on the target qty. No more than 8 days below FA WIP aging, 3. Conformity and Compliance. Compliance to factory internal procedure and system 5S and Safety and other company protocols. Participates actively in the regular review and update of (HIRAC) Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control. Participates actively in the prevention of occurrence of Safety Incident and First Aid Cases. 4. Closely monitoring and tracking of OATF performance on daily weekly and monthly. Coordinate and collaborate to other support group test, PDS, Process , quality , maintenance and other operational teams for quick resolution of issues. **Knowledge in:** 1. Switching power supply design and manufacturing or related PCBA manufacuring. 2. knowledge in microprocessor principle and communication protocol is a plus. 3. process and quality tools such as SPC analysis, FMEA and DOE is also a plus. 4. knowledge to used electronic equipment such as DMM,Oscilloscope, Curve Tracer, E-load, AC & DC source LCR and etc. **Qualifications:** Preference ECE or Electircal Eng'ng or similar to any Technical Eng'ng course Minimum 3 years experience in troubleshooting power supplies /electronics industry and managing technical people
