Job Summary

If you are looking for an opportunity in Field Services for various field products like PT/DPT/TT’s, Radar Level, Tank Gauging, Wireless devices, Corrosion monitoring and flow products namely Coriolis, Magnetic, Vortex, then Emerson has this exciting role for you! The Field Service Engineer role will handle commissioning, Maintenance contracts, Breakdown jobs, Shutdown jobs, Offshore contracts for field products.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Overall responsibility for on-site service job execution and complete the jobs to achieve the highest customer happiness level. Ensure implementing services in accordance with Emerson safety & Standard procedures and operations are carried out within time schedule. Prepare detailed site visit report / MOM and arrange sign off from customer after completion of each job. Promptly respond to customer’s queries and complaints, intensifying when vital and ensuring that corrective action is taken by own organization and by customer organization. Ensure Emerson Quality Management System and Procedures / Work Instructions are followed, and standards are maintained. Provide technical assistance and support to Project / Engineering department, on demand basis. Keep up-to-date knowledge on new services and product offered by Emerson Analytical System. Maintain technical awareness of new technology and share the knowledge with the service team members. Provide installation, commissioning, AMC, and ARC service support and Maintain AMC/ARC calendar up to date. LTSA, Shutdown and Audit management. Keep service visit data / reports / back-up up to date on Service for various service calls. Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need: Experience and knowledge on Tank gauging system commissioning/Troubleshooting. Good knowledge in Level, Flow , Wireless, Corrosion technologies. Work Experience on Products like PT/DPT/TT, Radar level, Coriolis, Magnetic & Vortex flow meters, Flow computers, Associated skid components like pumps , Digital valves Knowledge of various communication protocols like HART, foundation Fieldbus, WI-Hart, RS485 etc Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor or equivalent experience in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 2 years of work experience. Experience on Analytical System for Power and Oil & Gas Industry is preferred. Our Offer To You:
